数字旅游智能化服务体系的逻辑理路与赋能重构

随着人类社会发展中数字文明形态的出现,数字旅游智能化服务体系重构已成为旅游行业的必然趋势。建立应急安全、便民惠民和管理高效的智能化旅游服务体系,需首先厘清逻辑思路。数字旅游智能化发展战略选择是政策框架制定的基础。研究发现,数字旅游智能化服务体系是旅游企业升级换代的必然选择,是满足消费者在新媒体时代角色转换的必然选择,是提高企业运营能力和数字政府社会治理能力的必然选择。在此体系建设中,数字平台建设是基石,各主体关系的重建是关键,提高企业运营和政府社会治理能力是方向。

With the emergence of digital civilization in the development of human society,the reconstruction of intelligent service system of digital tourism has become an inevitable trend in the tourism industry.To establish an intelligent tourism service system with emergency safety,convenience and efficient management,we need to clarify the logic of this system first.The choice of intelligent development strategy of digital tourism is the basis for the formulation of policy framework.To build a policy framework for intelligent development of digital tourism,the first thing is to choose a suitable development strategy.It is found that the intelligent service system of digital tourism is an inevitable choice to upgrade tourism enterprises,to meet the demand of consumers’role transformation,and to improve the operation capacity of enterprises and the social governance capacity of digital government.The research proposes that in the process of digital tourism intelligent service system construction,it should take platform construction as the basis,the reconstruction of subject relationship as the key,and the improvement of enterprise operation and government social governance ability as the development direction.
