沈阳东部城郊森林康养功能评价指标体系AHP分析

Evaluation of Forest Health Function in the Eastern Suburbs of Shenyang based on AHP Analysis

科学构建森林康养功能评价体系并进行评价是落实生态文明建设、加快林业产业转型升级的积极举措,对指导和推动区域森林康养产业发展具有重要意义。采用德尔菲法和AHP层次分析法构建沈阳东部城郊森林康养基地森林康养功能的评价指标体系,并利用Yaahp12.6软件对森林康养功能进行评价,结果表明:综合层指标得分高低顺序是森林康养环境质量、资源条件和开发建设条件;沈阳东部城郊森林康养基地在开发建设方面有所欠缺,应注重提升森林康养基地的生物多样性、生态环境稳定性;沈阳东部城郊森林康养基地的最终总得分为7.515,处于7.5~9.0强水平之间,未来仍有较大的提升空间。促进沈阳东部城郊森林康养基地建设应该充分利用资源,突出康养主题;完善配套设施,改进服务细节;维护生物多样性,维持生态环境稳定。

The scientific construction and evaluation of forest health care function evaluation system is a positive measure to implement the construction of ecological civilization and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry,which is of great significance to guide and promote the development of regional forest health care industry.In this paper,Delphi method and AHP were used to construct the evaluation index system of the forest health function of the forest health base in the eastern suburbs of Shenyang,and Yaahp12.6 software was used to evaluate the forest health function.The results showed that in the index of comprehensive layer,the order of score was forest health environment quality,resource condition,development and construction condition.There are some deficiencies in the development and construction of the forest health base in the eastern suburbs of Shenyang,so attention should be paid to the biodiversity and ecological environment stability of the forest health base.The final total score of the forest recreation base in the eastern suburbs of Shenyang is 7.515,between 7.5-9.0,and there is still a large space for improvement in the future.The suggestions to promote the construction of forest health base in the eastern suburbs of Shenyang are as follows:making full use of resources to highlight the theme of health care;perfecting supporting facilities to improve service details;maintaining biological diversity and maintaining the stability of ecological environment.
