辽宁省高等院校学术期刊融合发展策略研究

Research on the Integrative Development Strategy of University Academic Journals of Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province

高等院校学术期刊是学术期刊的主要组成部分之一,在展示高等教育教学、科研成果等方面发挥重要的作用。以辽宁省104家高等院校学术期刊为研究对象,重点调研高等院校学术期刊运营的基本情况;从中选取27种具备融合发展特色的高等院校学术期刊,调研其数字化运营和融合出版调查分析发现,辽宁省高等院校学术期刊在专业化人才和运营资金方面存在较大的缺口,在网站建设技术等融合出版技术方面亟须完善,在知识服务理念方面尚有较大的提升空间。在案例分析的基础上,深入分析高等院校学术期刊融合发展中存在的主要问题,得出结论并提出建议:高等院校学术期刊融合出版应加强出版人才队伍建设,注重技术型人才以及营销型人才的培养;丰富融合出版模式,通过构建知识网络为用户提供优质的知识服务;建立高等院校学术期刊融合出版平台,注重意识形态把控工作,强化舆论引导,展现数字平台的支撑和协同作用,为学术出版规范与学术出版质量提供保障,以推动高等院校学术期刊的融合发展。

As one of the main components of China’s academic journal system,academic journals of colleges and universities play an important role in presenting the teaching and scientific research achievements of higher education.Taking 104 university academic journals in Liaoning Province as the research object,the study focuses on the basic operation of university academic journals,as well as selecting27 of them with the characteristics of integrated development to investigate the present situation of their digital operation and integrated publishing.By using Excel software,the statistical table of the development,operation and integrated publication of university academic journals is constructed through descriptive statistics,and several statistical indicators are quantitatively analyzed.It is found that,first,there is a large gap in professional talents and operating funds of the university academic journals in Liaoning Province;second,the technologies related to the integrated publishing such as website construction technology also need to be improved;finally,there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of knowledge service concept.Based on the case analysis,this paper discusses the main difficulties existing in the integrative development of university academic journals,and thus puts forward the following conclusions and suggestions:firstly,the integrated publishing of university academic journals should enhance the team construction of talents for integrated publishing,that is,pay attention to the cultivation of technical talents and marketing talents;secondly,it is necessary to enrich the model of integrated publishing and provide users with high quality knowledge service by constructing knowledge network;finally,the integrated publishing platform of university academic journals needs to be established;meanwhile,it is also important to pay more attention to the ideological control,strengthen the guidance of public opinion,show the support and synergistic effect of digital platform,and provide guarantee for the standard and quality of academic publishing,so as to facilitate the integrative development of university academic journals.
