高等学校“双一流”建设方案目标特征研究——131所高等学校“双一流”建设方案Nvivo质性分析

Research on the Target Characteristics of the Double-First-Class Construction Plan of Colleges and Universities——Nvivo Qualitative Analysis of the Double-First-Class Construction Plan of 131 Universities

高等院校“双一流”建设方案是反映“双一流”未来规划和建设目标的重要依据和载体,厘清高等学校“双一流”建设目标特征与内部逻辑,能够更好地理解当前“双一流”建设战略。梳理与分析131所高等学校的“双一流”建设方案,运用Nvivo软件进行编码分析结果得出,高等学校“双一流”建设方案中目标建设在不同阶段下呈现的主要特征:建设目标大同小异,时间划分基本一致且过快,目标设置相对模糊,没有系统的目标建设成效评价。提出高等学校制定“双一流”建设个性化发展目标,合理划分“双一流”建设目标完成时间,构建符合中国高等教育实际的“双一流”建设目标成效评价等对策建议。

The double-first-class Construction Plan of colleges and universities is an important basis and carrier to reflect the future planning and construction goals of double-first-class universities.Clarifying the characteristics and internal logic of double-first-class construction goals,we can better understand the current double-first-class construction strategy.After sorting out and analyzing the double-first-class Construction Plans of 131 colleges and universities,and using Nvivo software for coding analysis,it is concluded that the main characteristics of the goal construction in different stages of the double-first-class Construction Plan of colleges and universities is as follows:the construction goals are similar,the time division is basically the same and too fast,the goal setting is relatively vague and there is no systematic evaluation of the effectiveness.Therefore,colleges and universities should formulate individualized development goals for double-first-class construction,reasonably divide the completion time of the goals,and build an evaluation system for the effectiveness of double-first-class construction goals in line with the actual situation of Chinese higher education.
