农村金融助推乡村产业振兴的现状及对策研究

Rural Finance Promotes Rural Industry Revitalization:Current Situation and Countermeasures

产业兴旺是乡村振兴的关键,而农村金融在支持乡村产业振兴进程中有着不可替代的地位,利用好金融工具,努力完善农村金融体系,创新农村金融的产品与推广渠道,对振兴乡村产业十分重要。目前,我国金融服务乡村振兴战略已取得了一定成效,但服务过程依然面临农村金融产品与服务渠道相对单一、农村金融领域供给不足和供应成本高、农村金融体系构建不充分等问题,这些问题的存在影响着金融机构在乡村振兴中作用的发挥。本研究以乡村振兴战略为切入点,探究农村金融助推乡村产业发展过程中遇到的问题,借鉴国内外成功经验,提出加大政府扶持力度,创新金融产品与服务,拓宽资金融资渠道,完善农村金融体系等促进农村金融更好服务乡村产业的对策建议。

Industrial prosperity is of primal importance to rural revitalization.Rural finance plays an great role in the process of supporting rural industry revitalization.It is very important to revitalize the rural industry by making good use of financial instruments,improving the rural financial system and innovating the products and promotion channels of rural finance.Perfecting the rural financial system,innovating rural financial products and related promotion system is of great significance to the revitalization of rural industries.At present,China’s finance serve rural revitalization strategy has obtained certain achievements,but it still faces some problems,for example:rural financial products cannot satisfy local demand,rural financial service channels are simple,supply of rural finance is insufficient and related cost is high,rural financial system is not perfect,et al.All these problems restrict the development of rural industries.This paper takes the rural revitalization strategy as the start,analyzes the problems encountered in the development of rural finance,summarize successful experience in and out of China,at last puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural finance:increase government support,innovate financial products and services,broaden the financing channels,improve the rural financial system et al.
