诚信教育融入果蔬功能评价与利用课程教学实践

摘要 在新农科建设和新工科建设融合发展的高素质、创新型和复合型卓越人才培养要求背景下,高等院校将诚信教育融入专业课程建设,是专业课程教学改革发展的必然趋势。与此同时,新时代高等教育必须坚持以大学生为中心的理念,果蔬功能评价与利用课程教学要明确大学生的主体地位,形成以大学生发展为本的教学思路。沈阳农业大学食品科学与工程专业果蔬功能评价与利用课程是专业方向限修课程,从诚信教育元素融入课程内容和诚信学习管理两个层面重点阐述诚信教育融入果蔬功能评价与利用课程的教学改革措施。考核成绩和调研结果表明,实施诚信教育融入果蔬功能评价与利用课程教学改革,能显著地提高课程教学效果,增强大学生的诚信意识,提升大学生的职业道德、社会责任感和使命感。 It is an inevitable trend for colleges and universities to integrate honesty education into the construction of professional courses,under the background of high-quality,innovative and compound excellent talents training requirements of the integrated development of new agricultural science construction and new engineering construction.Higher education in the new era must adhere to the concept of college students as the center,so fruit and vegetable function evaluation and utilization course should clarify the dominant position of college students,and form the college students’development-oriented teaching ideas.The fruit and vegetable function evaluation and utilization course of the food science and engineering major of Shenyang Agricultural University is a distributional elective course in the professional direction,and the teaching reform measures of integrating integrity education into this course are elaborated from the two levels of integrating integrity elements into curriculum content and integrity learning management.The assessment and survey results show that the implementation of integrity education into the evaluation of fruits and vegetables functional evaluation and utilization course has significantly improved the effect of teaching,enhanced college students’integrity awareness,and promoted college students’professional ethics,social responsibility and sense of mission.
