以学科交叉为核心构建柞蚕产业领域研究生创新型人才培养体系

Construction of the Postgraduates’ Innovative Talent Training System for Oak Silkworm Industry with Interdisciplinary as the Core

摘要 柞蚕业在中国已经有两千多年的历史,是符合习近平总书记提出的“两山理论”的传统产业。现代柞蚕业正逐步与生命科学、食品科学和医药科学等交叉与渗透。为了实现将传统柞蚕业升级改造为现代柞蚕业这一目标,急需培养适应时代发展的创新型研究人才。在反思柞蚕行业存在问题以及蚕学研究生培养中所面临问题的基础上,探索以学科交叉为核心的蚕学研究生创新型人才培养模式,提出以蚕学为本、以生命科学为辅的培养原则,从跨学科团队建设、跨学科课程学习、跨学科研究合作、实践训练等方面进行探讨与实践,以期为蚕业人才培养提供一种创新型模式。 Oak silkworm industry has a long history of more than 2000 years in China and follows the sustainable development strategy of the“Clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver”.Modern oak silkworm industry is gradually crossing and permeating with life science,food science and medicine science.To upgrade traditional oak silkworm industry into modern oak silkworm industry,more high-quality talents in the field of sericology should be cultivated.In the light of the problems facing with oak silkworm industry and traditional postgraduate training mode for sericology specialty,this paper explores to establish the postgraduates’cultivation system around the core idea of disciplines-crossing for sericology specialty(oak silkworm).The cultivation principle should take sericulture as the core with life science as the supplement.Four initiatives that have been explored and improved by our research group are proposed:build interdisciplinary team or community,learn interdisciplinary course,perform interdisciplinary collaborative research project,and provide diverse practical training.The exploration and practice presented here will offer useful reference for innovative postgraduate cultivation mode of sericology specialty.
