Quantitative Visualization Analysis of Organizational Strength Research in CNKI from 2011 to 2020

组织力是组织在设计和运行以及发展过程中形成的一种合力,是组织内各个要素融合而形成的有机整体。选取2011~2020年中文核心期刊和CSSCI期刊发表有关“组织力”研究的158篇论文,运用CNKI计量可视化分析工具,围绕文章发表年份与数量、研究层次与基金分布、作者与机构分布、学科与期刊分布、主题与关键词分布五个维度对组织力研究进行统计分析,并从基本内涵、作用和意义、实施路径方面总结组织力研究的成果发现,相关研究以问题为导向,呈现从数量增加到质量提升双重变化,研究主题与时代背景交相呼应,具有理论、实践和现实意义。因此,未来“组织力”研究需要进一步扩充研究机构和队伍、拓展研究视域和优化研究路径。

Organizational strength is a kind of synergy formed by the organization in the process of design and operation and development,and it is an organic entirety formed by the integration of various elements within the organization.By selecting 158 papers on"organizational strength"published in Chinese core journals and CSSCI journals from 2011 to 2020,using CNKI quantitative visual analysis tool,this paper makes statistics on the research of organizational strength from five dimensions:year and number of articles published,research level and fund distribution,author and institution distribution,discipline and journal distribution,theme and keyword distribution.Summarizing the main results of organizational strength research from three aspects:basic connotation,function and significance and implementation path,it is found that relevant research is problem-oriented,showing dual changes from quantity increase to quality improvement.The research theme echoes with the background of the time,which has theoretical and practical significance.The research prospects of further expanding the research team and institutions,expanding the research horizon and optimizing the research path are put forward.
