高等院校思想政治教育融合“四史”教育的途径探析

On the Way of Integrating "Four Histories" Education into Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities

国势之强由于人,人才之成出于学。培养社会主义建设者和接班人是高等教育的重要使命,高等院校思想政治教育工作关系到高等院校培养什么样的人、怎样培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。思想政治教育要以习近平总书记重要讲话精神为根本遵循,躬耕力行,久久为功。高等院校重视从党的历史中汲取智慧和力量,开展“四史”教育,以史鉴今,资政育人,这既是推动习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想进教材、进课堂和进学生头脑的重要举措,又是落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。将“四史”教育融入高等院校思想政治教育中,有利于确保高等教育坚持正确的政治方向,筑牢大学生思想之基;有利于筑牢意识形态防线,巩固马克思主义指导地位;有利于大学生树立正确的历史观,增强使命意识;有利于厚植大学生的家国情怀,赓续传承红色基因。因此,高等院校需突破现实困境,遵循以人为本、典型示范和主流引领的原则,构建长效机制,做到学史明志,推进“四史”学习教育有广度;拓展教育内容,做到以史弘道,推进“四史”学习教育有深度;丰富育人载体,做到知史砺行,推进“四史”学习教育有热度;创新教育形式,做到化史成风,推进“四史”学习教育有效度;优化师资队伍,做到学史崇德,推进“四史”学习教育有力度,从而全面提升高等学校思想政治教育的实效性,为建设社会主义现代化强国奠定人才基础。

The strength of a country depends on talents,and talents rely on education.Cultivating socialist builders and successors is an important mission of higher education.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities is related to the fundamental problem of what kind of people are cultivated in colleges and universities,how to cultivate them and for whom they are cultivated.Ideological and political education should be based on the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s important speech as the fundamental principle,and this should last for a long time with hard work.In daily work,much attention should be paid to the party’s history,to draw wisdom and strength from it;carry out"Four Histories"Education,to educate people with history,is an important measure to promote the ideological education of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and also an effective way to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Integrating the education of the"Four Histories"into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is conducive to ensure that colleges and universities adhere to the correct political direction,to build an ideological defense line,and to guide college students to establish a correct conception of history.Therefore,colleges and universities should break through the practical difficulties,follow the principles of people-oriented,typical demonstrating and mainstream guiding,build a long-term mechanism,and promote the breadth,depth,heat,validity,and strength of the"Four Histories"Education.Comprehensively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,to lay a talent foundation for building a powerful modern socialist country.
