Historical Evolution and Prospect of Urban-rural Integration Development since Reform and Opening up

改革开放以来,中国城乡关系从最初的调整改革到城乡统筹,再到城乡一体化,逐步走向城乡融合,城乡发展战略在不断调整和演进。城乡关系的变迁始终围绕社会主义现代化建设,服务于国家战略,并且以人民为中心,以满足人民需要为价值追求。新时期推进城乡融合发展,需要继续坚持理念创新,以人民为中心,促进乡村内生动力的发展,落实城乡要素的双向流动,实现城乡功能互补、协调发展,共同推进社会主义现代化强国的建成。

Since the reform and opening up,the relationship between urban and rural areas in China has changed from the initial adjustment to urban-rural coordination,and then to the urban-rural integration.Concentrating on economic modernization,evolution of urban-rural relationship always serves the national developing strategy,focuses on interests of people,so as to satisfy the demand of people.In the new era,to promote the integration of urban and rural development,the following measures should be taken,continue adhere to the concept innovation and people-centered notion,promote the development of rural endogenous power and the two-way flow of elements between urban and rural areas,achieving complementary and coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and at last promoting the construction of modern socialism economy.
