富血小板血浆联合外用米诺地尔酊治疗雄激素性秃发的疗效分析

Effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with topical Minodil tincture in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia

目的分析富血小板血浆(PRP)联合外用米诺地尔酊治疗雄激素性秃发的疗效。方法前瞻性选取2019年7~8月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院收治的雄激素性脱发患者32例作为研究对象进行病例对照研究,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组16例和和对照组16例,观察组患者予以PRP皮下注射联合外用米诺地尔酊治疗,对照组患者予以皮下注射生理盐水联合外用米诺地尔酊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后毛发密度、毛发增加数量、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患者失访2例。观察组和对照组患者治疗后毛发密度均有所增加,但观察组增加更显著,差异具有统计学意义(t=-7.80,P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者毛发增加数量(根/1.28 cm^2)为21.50(11.25,34.50)vs.5.00(-1.00,6.25),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(U=3.500,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率93.75%高于对照组50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.308,P=0.012);两组患者治疗过程中均无不良反应发生。结论PRP联合外用米诺地尔酊治疗雄激素性秃发毛发数量增加明显,治疗有效率高,值得临床进一步探究。

Objective To analyze the effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with topical Minodil tincture in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.Methods A case-control study of 32 patients with androgenetic alopecia treated in Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University from July to August 2019 was conducted,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,16 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with PRP subcutaneous injection combined with topical Minodil tincture,and patients in the control group were treated with subcutaneous injection of normal saline combined with topical Minodil tincture.Results Two patients in the control group were lost to follow-up.The hair density of the observation group and the control group were both increased,but the increase of the observation group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-7.80,P<0.05).The number of hair increase(root/1.28 cm^2)in the observation group and the control group was 21.50(11.25,34.50)vs 5.00(-1.00,6.25),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(U=3.500,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,higher than that in the control group 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.308,P=0.012).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion The androgenetic alopecia patients’hair increased significantly when treated with PRP combined with topical Minodil tincture,and the treatment efficiency is high,which deserves further clinical investigation.
