摘要
将虚拟仿真技术与实验教学深度融合,构建了"一主线、四平台、五层次"的太阳电池制备及应用虚拟仿真教学体系,开发了硅基薄膜太阳电池的制备与测量虚拟仿真实验软件,强化学生对硅基薄膜太阳电池的结构、工作原理、基本制作流程、工艺参数调控等基本理论知识的理解,有效地解决了实验设备昂贵、场地有限、实物实验难以揭示机理等问题,规避了高危操作对师生人身安全存在的风险。
The virtual simulation technology is deeply integrated with the experimental teaching,and the virtual simulation teaching system of solar cell preparation and application with"one main line,four platforms and five levels"is constructed,and a virtual simulation software for the fabrication and measurement of silicon-based thin film solar cells is developed.The students’understanding of the basic theoretical knowledge of the structure,working principle,basic manufacturing process and process parameter control of the silicon-based thin film solar cell is strengthened,the problems of expensive experimental equipment,limited site,and difficulty in revealing the mechanism of physical experiment are effectively solved,and the risk of high-risk operation on the teachers and students’safety is avoided.
