稀土掺杂Y2W3O12荧光粉制备与表征实验教学设计 被引量:2

摘要 围绕稀土掺杂Y2W3O12(YWO)荧光粉的制备及性能表征,设计了一个综合性教学实验。采用水热法制备YWO:RE3+(RE=Eu,Sm,Dy和Tb)荧光粉,利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、荧光光谱仪对样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行表征。实验结果表明:YWO:Eu3+、YWO:Sm3+、YWO:Dy3+和YWO:Tb3+荧光粉均具有较好的发光性能,在紫外光激发下,分别发射明亮的红、橙、黄和绿光。该综合性实验现象明显,重现性好,简单易行,能激发学生探索科学问题的兴趣和主动性,强化学生的创新意识和综合素质。 Based on the preparation and characterization of rare earth doped with Y2 W3 O12(YWO)phosphor,a comprehensive teaching experiment is designed.YWO:RE3+,YWO:Sm3+,YWO:Dy3+and YWO:Tb3+phosphors are prepared by the hydrothermal method,and the structure,morphology and luminescent properties of the samples are characterized by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and the fluorescence spectrometer.The experimental results show that YWO:RE3+,YWO:Sm3+,YWO:Dy3+and YWO:Tb3+phosphors all have good luminescent properties,and under the excitation of ultraviolet light,they emit bright red,orange,yellow and green light respectively.This comprehensive experiment is obvious,reproducible,simple and easy,which can stimulate students’interest and initiative in exploring scientific problems,and strengthen their innovation consciousness and comprehensive quality.
