高校实验室废弃化学品标准处理方法研究

Research on standard treatment method of waste chemicals in university laboratories

通过分析总结废弃化学品在实验室阶段、转运阶段、处理公司阶段的处理方法,形成一套标准方法,为其他高校实验室废弃化学品的处理,提供参考与借鉴。废弃化学品处理费用高,存放过程中存在安全隐患,是处理废弃化学品的两大问题。推广使用废液桶和设置暂存柜是解决上述问题的有效途径。

Through the analysis and summary of the treatment methods of waste chemicals in the laboratory stage,transfer stage and treatment company stage,a set of standard methods is formed to provide reference for the treatment of waste chemicals in other university laboratories.There are two major problems in the treatment of waste chemicals,which are high cost and potential safety hazard in the storage process.After the promotion and use of the waste liquid tank,the annual cost can be saved about 200000 yuan.After the temporary storage cabinet is set,the potential safety hazards in the storage process of waste chemicals can be solved.
