上海市本科高校实验室建设与发展研究

Research on laboratory construction and development in Shanghai universities

该文基于2010—2018年上海市本科高校实验室建设与发展的基础数据,从实验室场地、实验人才队伍和实验室仪器设备三个角度,对上海市本科高校实验室的建设发展状态进行了客观的描述。在此基础之上,进一步从转变实验室建设发展理念、强化实验室资源开放共享、优化实验室资源投入方式等三个方面探讨了上海市本科高校实验室建设与发展的趋势和着力点,以期为本科高校建设一流的实验室提供参考。

Based on the essential data of the laboratory construction and development of Shanghai undergraduate universities from 2010 to 2018,this paper objectively describes the construction and development status of the laboratories in Shanghai undergraduate universities from the perspectives of laboratory site,laboratory technical team and laboratory equipment.On this basis,further discussion on the trend and focus of laboratory construction and development in Shanghai undergraduate universities is carried out from three aspects such as changing the concept of laboratory construction and development,strengthening the opening and sharing of laboratory resources and optimizing the way of laboratory resource investment so as to provide some reference for the construction of first-class laboratories in undergraduate universities.
