该文依托实验教学中心,结合学科特色,建立了大学生创新实验室;构建了模块化科技创新工作体系,组建了充满活力的指导教师队伍和层次分明的学生科技创新队伍,塑造了具有专业特色的科技创新文化,建立了较完善的科技创新制度保障体系和高效的创新实验室运行管理模式。实践证明,大学生创新实验室软环境建设作用得以充分发挥。

Based on the experimental teaching center and in combination with the characteristics of the discipline,an innovation laboratory for college students is established.A modular scientific and technological innovation system is built,a dynamic team of teachers and students with distinct levels of scientific and technological innovation is constructed,a scientific and technological innovation culture with professional characteristics is created,and a relatively complete system of scientific and technological innovation guarantee and an efficient operation and management mode of the innovation laboratory are established.The practice has proved that the function of soft environment for university students’innovation laboratory can be brought into full play.
