滑动速度对碳滑板载流摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 利用高速载流摩擦磨损试验机,以高速铁路受电弓碳滑板为研究对象,探究不同弓网相对滑动速度对碳滑板摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在给定的试验条件下,碳滑板的磨损率、接触副的电弧放电能量均随着相对滑动速度的增加而增大;碳滑板/接触线配副的载流效率随列车速度的增加而减小;碳滑板磨损表面的烧蚀程度、裂纹的深度及宽度均随列车速度的增加而增加;在碳滑板/接触线高速相对滑动过程中,接触线Cu元素转移到了碳滑板表面。 By using the high-speed current carrying friction and wear testing machine and taking the high-speed railway pantograph carbon slide as the research object,this paper explores upon the effect of the different relative sliding speed of pantograph and catenary on the friction and wear performance of the carbon sliding plate.The results show that under the given test conditions,the wear rate of the carbon slide plate and the arc discharge energy of the contact pair increase with the accretion of the relative sliding speed,the current carrying efficiency of the carbon slide/contact line pair decreases with the accretion of train speed,the ablation degree,crack depth and crack width of the worn surface of carbon sliding plate increase with the accretion of train speed,and in the process of high-speed relative sliding of the carbon slide plate/contact wire,Cu element in the contact wire transfers to the surface of the carbon slide plate.
