高校化学类实验室安全设施设计探索与实践

Exploration and practice of design of safety facilities for university chemical laboratories

高校实验室建设国家标准暂未出台,大部分高校实验室安全设施配置陈旧不全。以实验室安全事故的分析原因为依据,结合哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)实验与实践创新教育中心化学类实验室建设过程中的实际经验,系统地介绍了实验室通排风和新风系统、实验室紧急喷淋与洗眼器、消防设施和急救箱4类实验室安全设施,切实保障实验室师生安全。

The national standard for university laboratory construction has not been issued yet,and most of the laboratory safety facilities in colleges and universities are old and incomplete.Based on the analysis of the causes of laboratory safety accidents and in combination with the practical experience in the construction of the chemical laboratory in the Experiment and Innovation Practice Education Center at Harbin University of Technology(Shenzhen),this paper systematically introduces four kinds of laboratory safety facilities,which are ventilation and fresh air system,laboratory emergency spray and eye washer,fire-fighting facilities and first aid box so as to ensure the safety of teachers and students in the laboratory.
