摘要
冀东油田部分具备压裂潜力的井井筒及储层状况日趋复杂,常规分层压裂工艺技术无法顺利实施,通过开展室内实验研究小直径封隔器机械分层压裂、水力喷射分层压裂和暂堵剂分层压裂工艺关键技术,并结合井筒结构及储层特点,确定了各工艺技术指标及适用范围,并在现场实验应用过程中逐步成熟,成功完成了70多井次的现场施工,压裂效果良好,为复杂井筒条件下的油水井精细分层压裂改造提供了有力的技术支撑。
At present,the wellbore and reservoir conditions of some wells with fracturing potential in Jidong oilfield are becoming more complex,and the conventional layered fracturing technology cannot be implemented smoothly.Through laboratory experiments,the key technologies of small diameter packer mechanical fracturing,the hydraulic jet fracturing and temporary plugging agent fracturing were studied.Combined with wellbore structure and reservoir characteristics,the technical indexes and application scope of each process were determined.In the process of field experiment application,the technology gradually matured,and successfully completed more than 70 well times of field construction with good fracturing effect,which provides a good technical support for fine layered fracturing transformation under complex wellbore conditions of oil-water wells.
