地面装备用航空液压油替代可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以我军地面装备现用的国产石油基航空液压油(10号航空液压油和15号航空液压油)为研究对象,通过采用油品理化性能分析及红外光谱(FTIR)测试等手段,对两种航空液压油的官能团组成和理化指标进行了研究。根据地面装备液压系统的运行工况,对二者进行橡胶相容性及铜片催化下的模拟氧化试验,测定丁腈橡胶浸油前后的硬度、体积、拉伸强度等变化和模拟氧化前后的40℃运动黏度与酸值变化,评价它们与地面装备液压系统密封件的相容性及油品的氧化安定性,以此考察15号航空液压油替代10号航空液压油的可行性。试验数据表明:15号航空液压油与10号航空液压油红外光谱相似,共同技术指标相差不大,橡胶相容性试验结果也很靠近,且15号航空液压油在氧化稳定性和抗剪切能力方面较10号航空液压油优异。所以,15号航空液压油作为地面装备液压系统工作介质,对10号航空液压油进行替代有较大的可行性。 Taking the present domestic petroleum-based aviation hydraulic oil(No.10 aviation hydraulic oil and No.15 aviation hydraulic oil)used in our ground equipments as research object,the composition of functional groups and physical-chemical indexes of the two aviation hydraulic oils were studied by means of physical and chemical property analysis and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)test.According to the operating conditions of the hydraulic system of ground equipment,the rubber compatibility and the simulated oxidation test under the catalysis of copper sheet were carried out to determine the hardness,volume and tensile strength of nitrile rubber before and after soaking and the change of 40℃kinematic viscosity and acid value before and after simulated oxidation,and to evaluate their hydraulic system with ground equipment The compatibility of seals and the oxidation stability of oil products were analyzed to investigate the feasibility of replacing 10 aviation hydraulic oil with 15 aviation hydraulic oil.The test data showed that the infrared spectrum of aviation hydraulic oil No.15 was similar to that of aviation hydraulic oil No.10,the common technical indexes were not much different,and the results of rubber compatibility test were very close.And 15 aviation hydraulic oil was superior to 10 aviation hydraulic oil in oxidation stability and shear resistance.Therefore,as the working medium of hydraulic system of ground equipment,aviation hydraulic oil No.15 is feasible to replace aviation hydraulic oil No.10.
