响应曲面法优化衣康酸三元共聚物制备工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of the Preparation Process of Itaconic Acid Terpolymer by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 针对咸阳某企业循环冷却水水质情况,选择衣康酸(IA)、乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合法制备IA-VAc-AMPS共聚物阻垢剂。利用响应曲面Box-Behnken试验优化共聚物制备工艺,并建立多元回归模型。结果表明:单体摩尔比和反应温度影响最大,单体摩尔比和引发剂用量交互影响最为显著;响应曲面确定的最优合成条件为:单体摩尔比1.36、引发剂7.11%、反应温度82.73℃和反应时间2.87 h,最优条件下合成共聚物的阻垢率达到97.56%。FT-IR光谱表征表明已成功制备IA-VAc-AMPS三元共聚物。SEM对垢样晶体形态结构分析表明共聚物作用效果明显,垢体松散,致密度降低。 In view of the circulating cooling water quality of an enterprise in Xianyang,itaconic acid(IA),vinyl acetate(VAc)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)were selected as monomers,and IA-VAc-AMPS copolymer scale inhibitor was prepared by aqueous radical polymerization method.The response surface Box-Behnken test was used to optimize the preparation process of the copolymer,and a multiple regression model was established.The results showed that the monomer molar ratio and reaction temperature had the greatest influence,and the interaction between the monomer molar ratio and the amount of initiator was the most significant;the optimal synthesis conditions determined by the response surface were as follows:monomer molar ratio 1.36,initiator 7.11%,reaction temperature 82.73℃and reaction time 2.87 h.The scale inhibition rate of the synthesized copolymer reached 97.56%.FT-IR spectroscopic characterization showed that the IA-VAc-AMPS terpolymer had been successfully prepared.SEM analysis of the morphological structure of the scale-like crystals showed that the copolymer had obvious effect,the scale body was loose,and the density was reduced.
