摘要 油井开采过程中的出水问题严重制约产能,井下化学封堵剂可作为堵水药剂注入地层实现高含水地层封堵,同时也可作为管外封隔药剂实现不动防砂管柱完成油井分层分采,具有较高的应用价值。本文针对井下高温环境要素,通过室内实验研究了高温对化学封堵剂性能的影响,开展了高温、超高温条件下封堵剂的成胶特性、固化强度特性、长期老化特性及固化时效控制方法研究,对封堵剂的现场应用及其后续研究有一定指导意义。 The problem of water production in the process of oil well production severely restricts productivity.Downhole chemical plugging agents can be used as water shutoff agents to inject into the formation to block high water-cut formations,and they can also be used as external plugging agents to achieve immobile sand control strings to complete oil well stratification.It has high application value.In this paper,based on the factors of downhole high temperature environment,the influence of high temperature on the performance of chemical plugging agent was studied through indoor experiments,and the gel forming characteristics,curing strength characteristics,long-term aging characteristics and curing aging control methods of the plugging agent under high and ultra-high temperature conditions were investigated.The research has certain guiding significance for the field application of the plugging agent and its follow-up research.
