摘要
以辽阳某印染企业生化处理二沉池出水为研究对象,采用活性焦作为吸附剂对印染废水CODCr进行吸附实验研究,分析了吸附时间、活性焦剂量和吸附温度对吸附过程的影响及吸附动力学机理。结果表明:活性焦对印染废水CODCr具有良好的吸附性能,投加剂量30 g·L-1、吸附温度308 K、吸附时间6 h为活性焦吸附印染废水CODCr的适宜吸附条件,此时印染废水CODCr值从158mg·L-1降低到72.9mg·L-1,CODCr去除率为53.86%,满足直接排放标准。投加剂量越大,吸附温度越高(308~338 K),活性焦对印染废水CODCr的去除效果越好。此外,吸附动力学研究表明,活性焦对印染废水CODCr的吸附行为包含液膜扩散、颗粒内扩散、吸附反应等多种机制。
Taking the effluent from the biochemical secondary sedimentation tank of a printing and dyeing enterprise in Liaoyang as the research object,the activated coke was used as the adsorbent to carry out the adsorption experiment on CODCr in dyeing wastewater,and the effect of adsorption time,activated coke dosage and adsorption temperature on the adsorption process was analyzed as well as adsorption kinetic mechanism.The results showed that activated coke had good adsorption properties for CODCr in dyeing wastewater.The dosage of 30 g·L-1,adsorption temperature of 308 K,and adsorption time of 6 h were suitable adsorption conditions for activated coke to adsorb CODCr in dyeing wastewater.At this time,the concentration of CODCr in dyeing wastewater decreased from 158 mg·L-1 to 72.9 mg·L-1,and the removal rate of CODCr was 53.86%,which met the direct emission standard.The adsorption properties of activated coke for CODCr in dyeing wastewater increased with the increase of coke dosage and adsorption temperature(308~338 K).In addition,the adsorption kinetics showed that the adsorption behavior of activated coke for CODCr in dyeing wastewater included liquid film diffusion,intra-particle diffusion,adsorption reaction and other mechanisms.
