摘要
采用分光光度法对重整催化剂的铂含量进行定量分析测试,并对测定方法的各项不确定度进行系统分析。通过评定重复性测试、试样称量过程、溶液配制过程以及标准曲线拟合4个分量的不确定度,可知测量重复性、溶液配制以及标准工作曲线拟合均对合成不确定度有较大贡献,而试样称量对结果影响较小。结果表明:当重整催化剂中铂的质量分数为0.309%时,扩展不确定度为0.014%(k=2)。
Platinum content in reforming catalyst was quantitatively analyzed by spectrophotometry,and the uncertainty of the method was analyzed systematically.By evaluating the uncertainty of the four components of repeatability test,sample weighing process,solution preparation process and standard curve fitting,it could be seen that measurement repeatability,solution preparation and standard working curve fitting all contributed greatly to the synthetic uncertainty,while sample weighing had little influence on the results.The results showed that the extended uncertainty was 0.014%(k=2)when the platinum content in the reforming catalyst was 0.309%.
