摘要
氨制冷系统目前广泛应用于石油化工领域,但是由于氨有毒可燃的理化特性,在存储中须要引起高度重视。首先介绍了氨制冷系统的组成,然后通过对原有项目中液氨储罐流程进行分析,从安全方面考虑液氨储罐的主要管道包括液氨入口管道、出口管道、气氨管道及事故态泄放管道,提出存在的问题,针对存在的问题有针对性的进行优化设计,最终主要从自动化仪表、阀门的设置、报警系统设置及消防喷淋系统设置等方面提出意见和建议。
