超疏水表面实现滴状冷凝强化传热的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 冷凝传热是各种工业领域中普遍存在的一种能量传输方式,分为滴状冷凝和膜状冷凝两种形式,其中滴状冷凝具有更高的传热系数和更优异的传热性能。在热交换器表面实现液滴的滴状凝结可以有效地提高其传热效率,对于减小热交换器的尺寸、提高能源利用率和节约能源都具有重要的现实意义。总结了近年构筑超疏水表面以实现滴状冷凝强化传热的研究进展,针对不同特点的表面结构进行较全面的总结和概述,最后针对本领域目前尚存的问题进行总结并提出建议。 Condensation heat transfer is a common way of energy transmission in various industrial fields,and it can be divided into two forms:drop condensation and film condensation.Unlike film condensation,droplet condensation has better heat transfer performance,and its heat transfer coefficient is also higher than film condensation.The realization of dropwise condensation on the surface of heat exchanger can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency,which is of great practical significance for reducing the size of heat exchanger,improving energy utilization and saving energy.In this paper,the research progress of constructing superhydrophobic surface to realize dropwise condensation heat transfer was summarized.The surface structures with different characteristics were comprehensively summarized and summarized.Finally,the problems in the current research were summarized,and some suggestions were put forward.
