摘要
水溶性防锈剂常被用于金属的短期防腐,试验以硼酸、氨水、氢氧化钠、六亚甲基四胺、OP-10乳化剂为主要原料制备一种水溶性无机盐型的金属短期防锈剂,可用于金属材料的防锈处理以及有色金属铜、铝的表面防锈处理。防锈剂可与水以任意比例混合,其工艺简单,可随时配制使用,且产品清洗方便,可反复使用。试验考察了所选原料用量与反应条件对防锈效果的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上设计正交试验,确定防锈剂制备的最优化条件。采用中性盐雾试验来检测防锈剂的防锈性能,防锈时间可达24 h。将所制备的防锈剂在新东北电气集团电镀车间试用,短期防锈效果显著。
Water-soluble rust inhibitors are often used for short-term corrosion protection of metals.A water-soluble inorganic salt-type metal antirust agent has been prepared with boric acid,ammonia,sodium hydroxide,hexamethylenetetramine and OP-10 emulsifier as main raw materials.It can be used for antirust treatment of metal materials and surface antirust treatment of non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminium.The antirust agent can be mixed with water in any proportion.Its process is simple,it can be prepared and used at any time,and the product is easy to clean and can be used repeatedly.In this paper,the effect of the amount of raw materials and reaction conditions on the antirust effect was investigated.Orthogonal experiment was designed on the basis of single factor experiments to determine the optimum conditions for the preparation of the antirust agent.Neutral salt spray test was used to test the antirust performance of the antirust agent,and the best antirust time was close to 24 h.The antirust agent was tested in the electroplating workshop of New Northeast Electric Group,the short-term antirust effect was significant..
