摘要
通过开环聚合,合成具有良好水溶性的阳离子改性淀粉絮凝剂,并对其进行表征。配制一定质量分数的膨润土水溶液,探讨对去除率和絮体体积的影响因素。结果表明:絮凝剂电荷量和相对分子质量是主要影响因素。电荷量在0~0.5 mmol时,随着电荷量的增大,去除率增大,絮体体积增大;电荷量在0.5~0.8 mmol时,去除率接近100%,絮体体积基本保持不变;电荷量大于0.8 mmol时,絮体体积不断增大,最大至196 mL。电荷量在0~0.5 mmol时,相对分子质量越大,絮凝效果越好;电荷量大于0.8 mmol时,相对分子质量越大反而对絮凝越不利。
Cationic modified starch flocculants with good water solubility were synthesized through ring-opening polymerization,and they were characterized.A certain concentration of bentonite aqueous solution was prepared to discuss the factors affecting the removal rate and floc volume.The results showed that the charge and molecular weight of the flocculant were the main factors.When the amount of charge was 0~0.5 mmol,as the amount of charge increased,the removal rate increased and the volume of the floc increased;When the amount of charge was 0.5~0.8 mmol,the removal rate was close to 100%,and the volume of the floc remains basically unchanged;When the amount of charge was greater than 0.8 mmol,the volume of the floes continued to increase,reaching a maximum of 196 mL.When the amount of charge was 0~0.5 mmol,the larger the molecular weight,the better the flocculation effect;when the amount of charge was greater than 0.8 mmol,the larger the molecular weight,the more unfavorable for flocculation.
