摘要 概述当前的高性能钻井液化学性质,开发一种新型高性能高温水基钻井液(HT HP WBM),该钻井液在200℃时具有热稳定和流变稳定性,HT HP WBM表现出良好的黏度和滤失可控性,并且可以进一步修改流体配方以适应现场所需的密度,调节和老化中均具有出色的热稳定性。使用高温高压流变仪在60~200℃的温度下测试了1680 kg·m^(-3)HT HP WBM的黏度。结果表明:该体系在高温下仍保持了较优的悬浮能力,总体而言,在老化前后流体黏度保持较好,HT HP WBM对常见的井眼污染物具有抵抗力。 Chemical properties of high-performance drilling fluids were summarized,and a new type of high-performance,high-temperature water-based drilling fluid(HT HP WBM)was developed,which has thermal and rheological stability at 200℃,HT HP WBM exhibits good viscosity and fluid loss controllable,and the fluid formulation can be further modified to suit the density required on site,and it has excellent thermal stability during adjustment and aging.The viscosity of 1680 kg·m^(-3)HT HP WBM was tested using a high temperature and high pressure rheometer at a temperature of 60~200℃.The experimental results showed that the system still maintained excellent suspension ability at high temperature.In general,the fluid viscosity remained better before and after aging,and HT HP WBM was resistant to common borehole contaminants.
