摘要 数字式电液控制技术(DEH)逐渐取代汽轮机原有的机械液压调节系统,将成熟的分散控制系统(DCS)及安全仪表系统(SIS)引入控制回路,与WOODWARD505汽轮机速度调节系统、G2超速保护系统、BENTLY3500震动位移监控系统共同构成一个有机的整体,同时实现自动监控、运行、调速、急停等多种功能。分散控制系统只需接收各个分系统的独立信号进行相应处理即可。紧急停车指令的发出由安全仪表系统实现,联锁逻辑的组态在安全仪表系统中完成,拥有最高动作优先级,最大限度保证汽轮机组运行期间的平稳可靠,减少无故停车次数。根据实际投产项目,对汽轮机控制系统组成、功能及实现形式进行了详细介绍。 Mechanical and hydraulic control system of steam turbine is replaced by digital electric hydraulic(DEH)gradually,which introduces distributed control system(DCS)and safety instrumented system(SIS)into control loop.Combined with WOODWARD505 steam turbine speed regulation system,G2 over-speed protective system and BENTLY3500 vibration displacement surveillance system,an organic whole is usually formed.Meanwhile,multiple functions including automatic monitoring,operation,speed regulation,emergency stop can be realized.Distributed control system only needs to receive the independent signals of each subsystem for processing accordingly.Emergency stop command is issued by safety instrumented system,meanwhile,configuration of interlocking logic is realized through safety instrumented system.The safety instrumented system has the highest priority,which can ensure the stable and reliable operation of steam turbine unit,and decrease the unreasonable shut-down numbers.In this paper,the form and function and realization of control system of steam turbine were introduced in detail according to the actual production project.
