摘要
介绍PLC控制器在重庆某能源有限公司LNG储备调峰综合利用示范项目中2D16(Y47)往复式压缩机控制系统中的应用,其主要利用SIEMENS S7系列PLC和触摸屏,实现对该压缩机的监控报警和联锁停车等功能,降低了系统的故障率,以此获取了更高的经济效益和安全效益。
Application of PLC controller in the 2 D16(Y47)reciprocating compressor control system of LNG storage peak-regulating comprehensive utilization demonstration project in an energy company of Chongqing was mainly introduced.The Siemens S7 Series PLC and touch screen were used to realize the monitoring alarm and interlock stop functions of the compressor,reducing the failure rate of the system,and obtaining higher economic and safety benefits.
