射流泵调压注水系统技术研究

摘要 海上平台注水只使用一个压力的注水水源,无法满足不同井及同口井不同阶段所需的注水压力和注水流量需求,传统调节方式为井口节流,能源利用效率低。针对以上问题设计调压射流泵,利用高压水源携带低压水源混合以达到注水压力,根据射流理论优化不同排量下喷嘴大小以及喷嘴喉管配比。实验结果表明:当动力液压力13 MPa,吸入口压力1 MPa,出口压力为4~7 MPa时,射流泵能吸入低压液体混合后满足注入压力,在动力液量为260 m^(3)·d^(-1)时,可实现吸入液量40~60 m3·d^(-1),吸液比达20%。研究结果表明,设计射流泵能较好地实现注水压力的调节,在同等注入压力条件下增加了注入量,提高了能源利用效率,为海上平台高效注水提供了技术保障。 The water injection process on off-shore platforms only uses one water injection source,which cannot meet the need of water injection pressure and water injection flow rate in different wells and in different stages of the same well.To solve these problems,a pressure regulating jet pump was designed,which can use high-pressure water source and low-pressure water source to mix to achieve water injection pressure.The experimental results showed that when the dynamic hydraulic pressure was 13 MPa,the suction pressure was 1 MPa,and the outlet pressure was 4~7 MPa,the jet pump could satisfy the injection pressure after the liquid was mixed at low pressure.When the dynamic liquid quantity was 260 m3·d^(-1),the suction liquid quantity could be 40~60 m^(3)·d^(-1).The designed jet pump can better realize the adjustment of water injection pressure,increase the injection amount under the condition of the same injection pressure,improve the efficiency of energy utilization,and provide technical guarantee for high-efficiency water injection of off-shore platform.
