摘要
聚羟基脂肪酸脂(Polyhydroxyalkanoates,PHA)是高分子聚酯的统称,具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性。PHA结构具有多样性,通过改性的方式来弥补PHA作为单一聚合物综合性能的不足,从而拓宽其应用。PHA的改性手段主要包括了物理、化学及生物手段,PHA改性材料在医学和工业等领域应用广泛。本文综述了PHA改性材料及其应用研究,以期为PHA的下游产业应用开发与综合应用提供新的思路。
Polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA)is a general term for polymer polyester,which has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability.The structures of PHA are diverse,modification is always used to make up for the lack of comprehensive performance of PHA as a single polymer,thereby broadening its application.The modification methods of PHA mainly include physical,chemical and biological methods.PHA modified materials are widely used in medical and industrial fields,In this article,the application research of PHA modified materials was reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for PHA’s downstream industrial application development and comprehensive application.
