摘要 某炼厂常减压装置是对一种高盐、高氯混合原油进行炼制,经过电脱盐工序后,原油的含水量和含盐量不符合常减压装置工艺的要求。通过分析原油破乳及电脱盐的原理,利用实验室评价装置,针对3种不同型号的油溶性破乳剂对某炼厂高盐、高氯混合原油脱盐、脱氯效果进行筛选与评价,通过调节温度和添剂量考察3种不同型号的破乳剂的破乳效果,结合此炼厂的常减压装置的操作条件,最终确定Ⅲ型油溶性破乳剂添加量为6μg·g^(-1),使用温度为135℃时,破乳效果最佳。 The atmospheric and vacuum distillation units of a petrochemical plant are used to process a kind of crude oil with high salt and chlorine contents.After the electric desalting process,the water content and salt content of the crude oil do not meet the requirements of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit process.Based on the analysis of the principles of crude oil demulsification and electric desalting,the desalting and dechlorination effects of three different types of oil soluble demulsifiers on a refinery’s high salt and high chlorine mixed crude oil were evaluated by using the laboratory evaluation device.The demulsification effects of three different types of demulsifiers were investigated by adjusting the temperature and adding the dose.Combined with the operation conditions of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation units of the refinery,the best demulsifier was determined as typeⅢoil soluble demulsifier,the best dosage was 6μg·g^(-1 )and the best use temperature was 135℃.
