由煤炭制取芳烃技术进展 被引量:6

摘要 介绍国内外煤炭低温热解、煤炭加氢液化、合成气制芳烃、煤基甲醇芳构化、甲苯甲醇烷基化等几种由煤炭转化制取芳烃的技术路线。比较各种技术路线的原料转化、产物组成和目标产物收率等差异。从大规模工业化的角度出发,分析各种技术存在的问题,并对未来重点研发方向提出建议。指出煤炭制取芳烃产品,应走绿色、清洁、高效的转化路线,以高附加值化学品为终端产物,甲醇制芳烃技术具有甲醇转化率高、芳烃收率高的优点,是目前适合大型工业化的技术路线。 Several domestic and foreign technical routes of coal to aromatics were introduced,such as low-temperature pyrolysis of coal,coal hydro-liquefaction,synthesis gas to aromatics,coal-based methanol aromatization,alkylation of toluene with methanol.The differences of raw material conversion,product composition and target product yield were compared.From the perspective of large-scale industrialization,the problems of these technologies were analyzed,and suggestions for the future research were put forward.It was pointed out that the conversion route of coal to aromatics should be green,clean and efficient,taking high value-added chemicals as the end product.The methanol to aromatics technology has the advantages of high conversion rate of methanol and high yield of aromatics,which is suitable for large-scale industrialization.
