摘要
常用的冷凝器类型有空气冷却式冷凝器、水冷式冷凝器、蒸发式冷凝器3种。首先介绍了氨制冷系统的原理及组成,然后分别介绍了3种型式的冷凝器的特点及应用条件,之后计算和分析了这3种冷凝器的能耗、占地面积和投资,提出氨制冷系统中水冷式冷凝器和蒸发式冷凝器的优缺点。最后根据现场调研、用户反馈及工作经验分析,得出针对特定装置及用户需求的最佳的冷凝器类型选择的建议。
Common condenser types include air-cooled condenser,water-cooled condenser and evaporative condenser.In this paper,the principle and composition of ammonia refrigeration system were introduced,and then characteristics and application conditions of the three types of condensers were discussed.Through calculation and analysis of energy consumption,floor area and investment,the advantages and disadvantages of water-cooled condenser and evaporative condenser in ammonia refrigeration system were obtained.Finally,according to the field investigation,user feedback and work experience analysis,the best condenser type selection suggestions for specific device and user demand were put forward.
