摘要
为了研究食品机械用四点接触球转盘轴承润滑脂设计与合成运用等方面问题,通过对某厂使用的大型灌装机运行实例展开相关研究,系统探讨润滑脂所涉基础油、稠化剂和添加剂相关内容。研究得出未来的轴承润滑研究方向主要在如下方面突破:①新润滑材料伴随新合成加工办法的实施,进一步完善了润滑脂添加剂体系;②特殊处理工艺及表面材料优化的轴承"无润滑或微润滑"式的设计制造业发展;③食品级润滑脂的安全无毒性研发,部分可降解或延时可降解方式的使用。
In order to study the design,synthesisand application of grease for four-point contact ball bearing in food machinery,through the case study of a large-scale filling machine used in a factory,the base oil,thickener and additives of lubricating grease were systematically investigated.It was concluded that the future research direction of bearing lubrication was as follows:①the improvement of grease additive system with new synthetic processing method;②the development of bearing"unlubricated or micro lubricated"design and manufacturing industry with special treatment process and surface material optimization;③the research and development of safety and non toxicity of food grade grease,some of which can be degraded.
