摘要 采用层次分析法(AHP)研究了含水率、CO2分压、温度、金属含Cr量等因素对井下油套管腐蚀破坏的影响权重,并以此为基础形成了一套生产井腐蚀可能性的快速排序法。通过计算得到含水率、CO2分压、温度、金属含Cr量对井下管柱腐蚀影响的权重为0.28、0.18、0.45、0.09。利用腐蚀可能性的快速排序法,评估了3个腐蚀环境的腐蚀风险大小,与室内实验结果一致。研究结果可用于腐蚀环境的快速评价,为有效预防井下管柱发生腐蚀破坏有一定指导意义。 The influence weight of water content,partial pressure of CO2,temperature and Cr content in metal on the corrosion damage of downhole string was studied by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Based on this,a quick ranking method for corrosion possibility of production wells was formed.Through calculation,the weight of water content,CO2 partial pressure,temperature and metal Cr content on downhole string corrosion was as follows:0.28,0.18,0.45,0.09.The corrosion risk of three corrosive environments was evaluated by the quick ranking method of corrosion possibility,which was consistent with the results of laboratory experiments.The research results can be used for rapid evaluation of corrosion environment,and has certain guiding significance for effectively preventing corrosion damage of downhole string.
