摘要
通过对磨煤机磨煤过程中做功传热过程分析,得出预测煤浆产品温度的计算公式,经采用MBS4360型磨煤机制备普通煤浆试验,结果证明煤浆产品温度的预测值与实测值相差小于0.5K。通过分析发现,磨煤机做功传热主要用于工艺水的温升,据此判断采用工艺水加温的方法是合理的,这在我国第一条长距离输煤管道——陕西某管道输煤项目中已经得到了实践应用。该试验过程和预测计算分析方法在磨煤机制备高质量分数水煤浆产品生产实践中同样具有借鉴意义。
By analyzing the work and heat transfer processes of the coal mill during the coal grinding process,a calculation formula for predicting the temperature of the coal slurry product was obtained.The test of preparing ordinary coal slurry with a coal mill proved that the difference between the predicted value and the measured value of the temperature of the coal slurry product was less than 0.5 K.Through analysis,it was found that the work and heat transfer of the mill were mainly used for the temperature rise of the process water.Based on this,it was judged that the method of process water heating was reasonable.This method has been applied in the first long-distance coal pipeline project in Shaanxi province.The experimental process and predictive calculation and analysis method in this paper also have reference significance in the preparation of high-concentration coal water slurry products by coal mills.
