燃料乙醇厌氧出水和好氧出水回用酒精发酵 被引量:1

Reuse of Anaerobic Effluent and Aerobic Effluent for Alcohol Fermentation in Fuel Ethanol Production Process

摘要 随着工业社会的发展,化石燃料等不可再生能源不断消耗,各行业的能源供给面临挑战,以生物燃料乙醇为代表的生物质能源蓬勃发展[1]。生物质乙醇生产过程中废液量大、环保处理负荷高,一直是行业难题[2]。同时我国是一个水资源紧缺的国家,节约用水是个永恒的话题。如果实现废水回用,不仅可以降低废水的处理成本,而且可以节约水资源。本研究将燃料乙醇厌氧出水、好氧出水与源水的各项指标(pH、固体悬浮物、还原糖、氨氮、总氮、无机磷、总磷、有机酸和金属离子的浓度)进行了对比分析,考察厌氧出水和好氧出水回收用于酒精发酵的可行性。试验结果表明:厌氧出水和好氧出水不会影响酵母酒精发酵,将其回收用于酒精发酵是可行的。这样即可以降低废水排放的压力,降低废水处理成本,又能开辟新水源,提高经济效益。 In recent years,the world’s biofuel ethanol industry has boomed and grown rapidly,and biofuel ethanol has become the world’s most successful alternative to biomass energy[1].The large quantity of distilled waste liquid and the high pollution load in ethanol production have been the problem that is difficultly solved[2].At the same time,China is a country with water shortage;water conservation is an eternal topic.If the wastewater reuse is realized,it can not only reduce the cost of wastewater treatment,but also save water resources.In this paper,the indicators of fuel ethanol anaerobic effluent,aerobic effluent and raw water were compared,such as pH,solid suspension,reducing sugar,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,inorganic phosphorus,total phosphorus,organic acids and metal ions.The feasibility of reusing anaerobic effluent and aerobic effluent for alcohol fermentation was investigated.The experimental results showed that anaerobic effluent and aerobic effluent did not affect yeast alcohol fermentation,and it was feasible to recycle it for alcohol fermentation,which could reduce the wastewater discharge,reduce the cost of wastewater treatment,and improve economic efficiency.
