摘要 比较研究了常规Fenton处理法和UV/Fenton联用方法对腈纶生产废水中COD的去除效果。结果表明:UV/Fenton联用法能有效提升对乙腈废水中的COD的去除效果,UV的功率越高,其反应速率越快达到最高值,254 nm波长UV对于反应有促进作用。基于Fenton反应的优化,重点探讨反应物料比(过氧化氢∶硫酸亚铁)的影响,当物料比为6∶1、处理时间为6h,获得最佳COD的去除率。pH值也对反应效率有一定影响,当pH值为6时,COD的去除率达到最大值。过氧化氢浓度对反应体系中COD的去除率有影响,当过氧化氢浓度为10 mmol·L-1时,COD去除率达到最大。通过比较发现,UV联用处理方法确实能提升COD的去除率,当采用较低波段254 nm的UV光照处理后,在最佳反应条件下,能增效70.6%。 The treatment effect of conventional Fenton process and UV/Fenton combined process for acrylic fiber production wastewater was compared and studied.The results show that the UV/Fenton combined process can effectively improve the removal rate of COD of the wastewater.The higher the power of UV,the faster the reaction rate reaches the highest value,and the UV at 254 nm can promote the reaction.The optimization of Fenton reaction focuses on the effect of the reaction material ratio(hydrogen peroxide∶ferrous sulfate).When the material ratio is 6∶1,the best removal rate of COD is obtained after treating for 6 h.The pH also can affect the reaction efficiency.When the pH value is 6,the removal rate of COD reaches the maximum.The concentration of hydrogen peroxide has effect on the removal rate of COD in the reaction system.When the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 10 mmol·L-1,the removal rate of COD reaches the maximum.By comparison,it is found that the UV/Fenton combined process can indeed improve the removal rate of COD.When UV light treatment with the lower wavelength of 254 nm is used,the efficiency can be increased by 70.6%under the optimal reaction conditions.
