液体石油物料仿实流校准系统研究及应用

摘要 液体石油物料测量分布于石油勘探、加工、运输、销售过程中的各个环节,是石油化工企业成本核算、原料互供、商务结算的重要手段。在企业生产经营过程中,通常使用各样各式的流量计,来开展液体石油物料流量测量,进而获取交接数据。流量计在长时间工作负荷下,经常会发生超差现象,此时就要进行量值溯源,因为受到工艺流程、环境条件、设备性能、实验方法不同的影响,校准的结果也会存在很大差别。本文介绍了如何建立科学有效的仿实流校准系统,来保证流量测量的准确性、可靠性、稳定性。 The measurement of liquid petroleum materials is distributed in various links in the process of petroleum exploration,processing,transportation,and sales.It is an important method for cost accounting,mutual supply of raw materials,and business settlement of petrochemical enterprises.In the production and operation of an enterprise,various types of flow meters are usually used to measure the flow of liquid petroleum materials to obtain the transfer data.Flow meters often have out-of-tolerance under long-term working load.At this time,the value traceability is necessary.Because of the different influences of process flow,environmental conditions,equipment performance,and experimental methods,the results of calibration will also have very large differences.In this article,how to establish a scientific and effective simulation flow calibration system to ensure the accuracy,reliability,and stability of flow measurement was described.
