CuO和ZnO纳米流体对水基钻井液流变性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 纳米流体本身的特异性使其在钻井液中得到了有效应用,有助于解决高压高温环境中的高效钻井问题。通过在黄原胶水溶液中添加CuO和ZnO纳米流体作为基础流体,制备了纳米流体强化的水基钻井液(NWBM)。通过实验对其流变性能进行了对比分析,纳米颗粒的质量分数分别为0.1%、0.3%和0.5%。结果显示:与WBM相比,NWBM的热和电性能提高了约35%;与基于ZnO纳米流体的NWBM相比,基于CuO纳米流体的NWBM更为耐压耐温;NWBM相比于WBM,其流变稳定性更好,且在较高温度下,压力对NWBM流变学的影响更为显著;纳米流体对钻井液最大的改善便是能够在较高温度下使其黏度维持稳定。 The specificity of nanofluid itself makes it be effectively used in drilling fluids to solve the problem of efficient drilling in high-pressure and high-temperature environments.In this paper,nano-fluid reinforced water-based drilling fluid(NWBM)was prepared by adding CuO and ZnO nano-fluids to the xanthan gum aqueous solution as basic fluids.The rheological properties were compared and analyzed through experiments.The mass fractions of nanoparticles were 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%,respectively.The experimental results showed that the thermal and electrical properties of NWBM were improved by about 35%compared to WBM;compared with NWBM based on ZnO nanofluid,NWBM based on CuO nanofluid was more pressure and temperature resistant;Its rheological stability was better,and at higher temperatures,the effect of pressure on NWBM rheology was more significant;the biggest improvement of nanofluids on drilling fluids was that they maintained theviscosity of drilling fluid at higher temperatures.
