摘要
丁苯橡胶生产中影响胶乳聚合反应的因素较多,主要包括工艺操作及氧化剂、调节剂等物料加料水平,反应釜的单釜反应时间及聚合釜的温度、压力条件的控制,乳化剂、终止剂各种助剂的配比以及丁二烯、苯乙烯原材料质量等几个方面。这些对胶乳聚合反应的影响因素最终的调整都要落实到实际生产的反应控制上,因此本文从实际操作的角度分析聚合反应的变化,并根据实际生产中的化验分析数据分析出影响胶乳门尼及胶乳转化率的原因,并根据数据变化对物料加料比例等各方面影响因素做出相应分析及比例调整。
There are many factors affecting latex polymerization in the production of butadiene rubber,mainly including process operation,single reactor reaction time,raw materials,temperature and pressure control of polymerization reactor,ratio of emulsifier terminating agent and various auxiliaries and so on.The final adjustment of these influencing factors on the latex polymerization reaction must be implemented in the actual production reaction control.In this article,from the perspective of the actual operation,the change of polymerization reaction,and according to laboratory analysis data in the actual production,the reasons affecting the latex Mooney and latex conversion rate were determined.And then these influencing factors were analyzed,and adjustment ways were put forward.
