摘要 对石油化工企业中常用的真空高压烧结炉卡箍组件结构进行ANSYS应力分析及疲劳评定,通过对结构相关参数的确定,根据GB/150.3标准确定了主要部位的厚度尺寸;结构分析中约束筒体端部轴向位移,对称面施加对称约束;炉盖齿面、齿圈齿面、筒体法兰齿面之间设置为摩擦接触,从而确定应力最大位置,结果评定为合格;根据设备使用年限和循环次数进行了该组件的疲劳分析评定,结果也是合格的。 ANSYS stress analysis and fatigue assessment of the clamp component structure of vacuum high pressure sintering furnace commonly used in petrochemical enterprises were carried out.Through the determination of the structure-related parameters,the thickness of the main parts was determined according to the GB/150.3 standard.The axial displacement of the end of the cylinder was restricted in the structural analysis,and the symmetrical plane imposed a symmetrical constraint.The tooth surface of the furnace cover,the tooth surface of the ring gear,and the tooth surface of the cylinder flange were set as frictional contact to determine the position of the maximum stress.The fatigue analysis and evaluation of this component were carried out according to the service life of the equipment and the number of cycles,and the results were acceptable.
