摘要
针对传统化工企业废水池排水系统工作中,存在排水过程无法自动调节、缺少实时监控、设备不带保护及自动化流程不完备而易导致系统故障等诸多问题,设计了基于S7-1500PLC搭载人机界面的,并结合温度、湿度、系统液位、设备运转时间等多层保护融合的自动控制系统。通过人机界面对工作过程进行实时监控,保证系统稳定运行;通过传感器对高低液位、设备温湿度等信息进行实时反馈,防止系统故障;通过PLC程序对系统启停、持续运转时间等信息进行优先级判断,实现系统优化运行。试验测试结果表明,设计的自动排水系统能提高系统稳定性、安全性,降低故障率。
In view of problems existing in the drainage system of waste water pool in traditional chemical enterprises,such as failure of automatic regulation in drainage process,lack of real-time monitoring,incomplete automation process,and so on,an automatic control system based on S7-1500 PLC with human-machine interface and the integration of multi protection such as temperature,humidity,system liquid level and equipment operation time was designed.The real-time monitoring of working process was carried out through human-machine interface to ensure stable operation of the system;real-time feedback of information such as liquid level,temperature and humidity of equipment was carried out through sensors to prevent system failure;the priority judgment of information such as system start and stop,continuous operation time was carried out through PLC program to realize the optimal operation of system.The test results showed that the system improved the stability and safety,and reduced failure rate.
