摘要
伊拉克米桑油田以及巴西Libra盐下油田为巨厚盐层,存在CO2和H2S等腐蚀性气体,固井水泥环柱将面临严重的腐蚀风险,水泥环柱受腐蚀被破环,油气井将失去保护屏障,油气井资源的安全、有效开采将受到直接的影响。有针对性地研究了H2S/CO2腐蚀水泥石的机理,研发了一种新型防腐剂MCSEAL,并在高温条件下进行了抗腐蚀性能研究。结果表明:该防腐剂的加入,使得水泥浆体系具有良好的防腐力学性能和流变性能,达到防气窜的目的.
Missan oil field in Iraq and Librat oil field in Brazil have very thick salt layers,and there are corrosive gases,such as CO2,H2S and so on.The cementing cement ring column will face serious corrosion risk.The cement ring column will be damaged by corrosion,the oil and gas wells will lose the protective barrier,and the safety and effective exploitation of oil and gas resources will be directly affected.In this paper,the mechanism of H2S/CO2 corrosion for cement paste was studied,a new type of preservative MCSEAL was developed,and the anti-corrosion performance was studied under high temperature.The results showed that the addition of the preservative made the cement slurry system have good mechanical and rheological properties of corrosion protection,and achieve the purpose of gas channeling prevention.
