我国特种设备的管理自上升到法律层面以来,各行业、各企业均对特种设备的管理有了很大的完善,对特种设备的全周期管理也呈现出精准管理、高效管理的新状态。特种设备通常运行在高温高压的环境中,对特种设备的风险管控以及综合管理永远处于一个不停进步的过程中,针对现有油田企业特种设备管理形势、国内外管理模式、特种设备管理优化建议、风险管控、信息化平台构建等方便进行简述。

Since the management of special equipment in China has risen to the legal level,all industries and enterprises have greatly improved the management of special equipment,and the full cycle management of special equipment also presents a new state of accurate management and efficient management.The special equipment usually runs in the environment of high temperature and high pressure.The risk control and comprehensive management of the special equipment are always in the process of continuous progress.In this paper,the current situation of existing special equipment management of oil field enterprises was discussed,and some suggestions for the optimization of the special equipment management were put forward.
