摘要
蒽醌及其衍生物具有较高的消炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等生物活性,在医药领域具有广泛的应用。以邻苯二甲酸酐和苯的衍生物为原料,在明矾、氧化铝、氯化钠的熔融体系中,通过Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应和脱水反应,"一锅法"合成了16种蒽醌衍生物,产率为31%~86%,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和HPLC/MS/MS(ESI)表征,并提出了可能的反应机理。
Anthraquinone and its derivatives have high anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antitumor and other biological activities, which have been widely applied in medicine and drugs. In this paper, 16 kinds of anthraquinones were synthesized via Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction with phthalic anhydride and benzene derivatives as raw materials and dehydration reaction in the melting system of alum, alumina and sodium chloride. The yield was 31%~86%, and the structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HPLC/MS/MS(ESI), and the possible mechanism was proposed.
