低聚型洗油剂强化冷采技术

摘要 针对目前国际低油价形势,自主研发了新型洗油剂,该冷采洗油剂根据分子模拟结果调整了低聚剂分子结构,提升静态洗油效率;新型低聚洗油剂体系在低浓度条件下表现出较好的驱油效果,针对胜利油田油区稠油,在使用浓度为50μg·g-1时,静态洗油效率超过95%。优化洗油剂中试生产工艺,对上述改进型洗油剂中试工艺进行反应温度、时间及催化剂用量等方面的优化,可以实现200 g^1 kg级别放大生产,反应总产率不低于80%。2015年7月在东胜公司的金17斜31井开展了现场应用,措施前该井低液全水,措施后日油稳定在1.2 t·d-1,实现了问题井的正常生产。 In view of the current situation of low oil price in the world,a new type of oil washing agent was independently developed.According to the results of molecular simulation,the molecular structure of the oligo type oil washing agent was adjusted to improve the static oil washing efficiency.The new type of oligomer oil washing agent system showed good oil displacement effect under the condition of low concentration.For heavy oil in Shengli oilfield,when the concentration in use was 50μg·g-1,the static oil washing efficiency was more than 95%.By optimizing the pilot production process of oil washing agent and optimizing the reaction temperature,time and catalyst dosage,200 g^1 kg scale-up production was realized,and the total yield of the reaction was not less than 80%.In July 2015,the field application was carried out in Jin17-Xie31 well of Dongsheng company.Before using the measure,the well had low liquid and full water,and after using the measure,the daily oil was stable at 1.2 t·d-1,the normal production of problem wells was realized.
